The Juice has a handy little relief-cut on one side and I can get my thumb in there to start on side opening. Then, I can apply that side against my leg to completely open it. On my Wave, I' loosened the joint on one side of the plier head and can use the same technique.

not so far with my Rebar as it has a spring tension against the pliers (helps the jaws open when jammed on something) but my pulse got balisong fast. Most of my Dads PSTs did the same, just a roll of the wrist and it would be open. pretty funny when someone was bragging about how fast their gerbers were. It looked like magic, boom-pliers in hand. I open my rebar like you say, start it open, then hook it open.

Yep, I can get my finger in between the ends of the tool and pry them open and then leverage them against my leg to open the rest of the way.

My old Leatherman Sideclip can be flipped open like a bali. SOG Powerlocks can be flipped open as well.
Most multis can be partially opened with one hand then opened the rest of way by leveraging against your leg (as mentioned above).
