Hi everyone,
I picked this up this weekend in a little antique shop in Williamsburg. All I can find for marking is " MADE IN U.S.A. " on the main blade. Thanks guys I do appreciate it.

Camillus, I think. The screwdriver/cap-lifter is the one used on their first, post WW-II Boy Scout knife, and they are often only marked "MADE IN U.S.A." Down one shackle.

Thanks everyone. Pete- any idea of age based on pics? The catalog listed 3 different models that it could be. Thanks

Also it has a safety CanOpener, Patented by Michael A Mirando of Imperial 12/25/1945, but used by Imperial and a few other cutlers on WWII military knives (first used in 1944). Once the patent No 2391732 expired, in 1962 , everybody used variations of the safety CanOpener.

Wanted to add these pics

This is my Kastor/Camillus, slightly older than the one Hokie posted, the 3 piece CanOpener is broken along with scale, still a robust solid knife.
