Can you reanodize the mantra scales?

Well, topic. They are acid and stone washed, right? Could you just do anodizing on them or would they have prepared like sanded down?
 
You wouldn't have to sand them but you should use something to clean any oil off them.

I've found that, however, dark-washed Ti takes a lot more work to get a clean ano job on. I took scotch brite pads to bead-blasted Ti and dark-washed Ti to get a brighter, truer color.

YMMV, though.
 
I flame anodized mine without doing anything but clean them and the colors are pretty dull.
 
Let us know how it turns out. I was stationed in Kitzingen and then worked a bar called the Green Goose in Ansbach for a time. I kind of miss Germany sometimes, nice people there.
