Can you recommend a trade show

Can anyone recommend a trade show for Kitchen/Chef/Butcher Knives.
I decided to take on the distribution for EIKASO (Solingen Germany) and I would like to start presenting it at trade shows
Its going to take a lot of work and exposure and I strongly believe in these knives.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The Chicago Housewares show is usually considered the big one. Never been to it my self. The Blade Show might be useful but it is not really a market for professional food service and butchering blades.

Someone mentioned about the Blade Show but after looking at youtube videos, It seems its catered to Custom Knife Makers.
I would look into "The Chicago House Wears Show". Thank You.

One of the BLADE shows, and a Restaurant Supplies/Equipment show.
Not knowing where you are located, you might have to travel a mite to get to one and/or the other.
I know they have those shows (among other trade shows) in Las Vegas, a couple times a year. That is where I attended them.
