I'm looking for someone to work on a few old 110's for me. Just rockers or rocker pins. Can you recommend someone trustworthy?

Leroy Remer, Triple R Knives, will be attending the three day OKCA knife show in Eugene the weekend before tax day. He is the master and I can vouch for him. You should consider attending and if you take your Buck knives with you he will discuss your options.

Andy, your father, Vern Taylor is my hero. His skilled formation of Buck Collectors Club was the work of genius and a real bright spot in my life. His leadership has attracted outstanding principals into the club's management and proud members into its membership. Well done and I thank him through you. Thank you kindly. Do you have any anecdotes you could share with his admirers?

Leroy is your go to guy. I have a feeling Buck would say the same regarding any of the early version 110's.

Since we are in this area.... Remer, JAG and StoneKnife Works are all BCCI members and collector/craftsmen. They each have their special areas they like working on. But their recommendations can be counted on to be experienced. For the Rev's reply, Leroy likely knew Mr. Taylor so that might mean something special for you to contact him what you are thinking about.

As Esav (moderator) stated personal phone numbers should not be posted on the forum, private messages are for things like that. I will add also lets be careful recommending sales and craftsman in that it remain a information statement rather than an advertisement for particular outlet. Never mention costs, if someone wants to know values or costs, do no more that a range extimate. Reply, such as this $100 to 150 would be a fair price, any closer than that and I will be ringing your doorbell. I know most of you know the rules but new people sometimes appreciate the information to stay correct.
