I am only 130 minutes away from Atlanta, you bet I can smell it. Getting so uptight, I can only stray about 50 feet from any bathroom.:)

What about me? I'm not a scientist but I had a scholarship for astrophysics! :p (Well, truth be told, I'd rather shake Gus' hand than mine as well. ;))

Originally, I wanted to be an astrophysicist. The USAF said 'no' -- don't need one of those!! "We don't care about stellar atmospheres." Doggone it. :grumpy::mad:

I really enjoyed taking shots at Palomar and even counting galaxies on the old plates. Oh, well.

I would be honored to shake your hand. And I promise, no 'physics' will come off!

It'll be nice being there this year and not looking like such a goggle eyed knife show virgin:eek: Even for the run-of-the-mill show veteran, the scene at the big show is awesome. All that knife stuff and talent in one place...smell it?....I can almost TASTE IT! :D:thumbup::cool:
 
You can bet I will be the Google Eyed One man fan. I can smell it, I can taste it, cause it is sooo close to me, just 130 minutes from my driveway to the show. Can't wait. Kerry speaking of something every so close????????;)

Thread title had me worried ! So worried, I donned chem gear and placed myself in MOPP 4 before opening this stinkin' thread. :D

This year. . .I'm wearing bio gear if within 15 feet of Bastid ! :cool:
 
I promise to take a shower (with soap:p) every morning.:cool:
(Might have to take one every night too after hanging 'round you guys all day.):D

Oh yeah, I can smell it all right. Not sure I can take it much longer. Makers sending pics, saying they made something for me, tired of wearing these dang soggy depends, just counting the minutes.

Looks like all my $ is already spent, unless I get lucky in one of the drawings. My show purchases are done.

Is it Thursday yet?
 
At 4000 miles (bit of a hike!), I can smell it!! Oil, metal, stag, ivory, money. . . .quite an aroma<G>! Wonder if I'll win the distance prize?? Guess Europe and Asia are a lot farther.
Can't wait!

Gus, don't let me get too snockered Thursday night. It would be a shame if I miss putting my name in the drawing because I couldn't get out of bed (then again, maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that because that would be one less person you'd be competing with for a fine knife).
