Can You Swap Blades/Tools On A SAK ?

I wonder how easy or hard it is to swap blades on a SAK. I would like a slim EDC and thought about taking the corkscrew off a Waiters knife and replacing it with a phillips head screwdriver. I saw a picture of a SAK called a Workman that had this setup but have never found one. I think it's the perfect EDC for me just a blade and 2 screwdrivers. Might even be cool to swap out the blade for a serated one!
 
Modders regularly swap tools around on SAKs to create "non-standard" models. I'd suggest you contact one of them and normally they are quite helpful with advice.
