Its a military and my $ says real.
Eta-that one is likely one of the first that used s30v (after cpm440v) since it has the military name on blade opposed to the bug nowz days. Never seen a fake military from that era myself.

I was thinking early model as well. I can't find a similar one anywhere, that's why I was thinking fake. I'm not too familiar with spyderco and their counterfeits so I came here for help. Any thoughts on value? Any other input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

2004 (afaik) Military. Single liner and MILITARY on the blade suggests this. From 2006 they got a second liner and different jimping.
The 2005 CF Military was the last with the dino jimping and single liner if my memory is correct (it also doesn't have MILITARY on the blade).
