Can you tell me what I got here

Just came from a small knife show about an hour or so away and made out pretty well. There was a guy walking around with 3 knife rolls looking to sell. I asked If I could see what he had and he said no problem. Then I asked for some schrades he had 2. I slightly beat up 125ot and this knife which im very unfamiliar with. The sheild seems to be a little mangled and the larger of the 2 blades if there was any tang stamp it is now worn off. The other blade says SCHRADE WALDEN N.Y. USA. On the reverse of the blade it says 716. I gave $22 bucks for the 2 of them. Mainly because I was so curious about the 716 I had never seen one of these before. Any help here boys.My pics are terrible sorry.-Joel THe other pic is the rest of the bounty I picked up today rather cheap too I must say.

i like the camillus #5 Fishermans Luck, picked one of those up not too long ago, love the celluloid scales. Your imprint on the scales is in better shape i'm envious!

The 716 looks like a budding and grafting knife that has been rehandled in tortoise celluloid with the round shield. But I have no catalog to look up the original.
