Canada Notice Of Detention

Hello,
So I am new here and saw a post about someone getting notice of detention for importing a flip knife to Canada. I recently ordered a butterfly knife trainer this one specifically

and got a notice of detention. I am going to call them tomorrow to and see whether or not I can have this delivered.
Can I get anyone opinion on this? I know it looks like a real one however it is not. Is this a valid reason?

Balisongs are prohib in Canada...but like you said, it's only a trainer...

There's a (small) section under "Knife Specific Discussion" > "Knife Laws" that deals with Canadian Legal stuff re:knives; you may have some luck there...

I wonder if this was ever resolved. I'm in the same situation right now except I purchased one of those csgo not sharpened butterfly knives from cutss.com. These look alot like they're the real deal, so of course I recieved the notice of detention. Kinda scared to call them but will do at some point.
