Canadian sword makers?

I live in the US, but was contacted by a person in Canada that is looking to have a Katana made. Due to shipping restrictions, and not to mention I’ve never made a Katana yet, I’m trying to find a reputable maker in Canada for them. Can anyone give me some recommendations?

I looked him up and he seems worth checking out. I thought I knew some others but they all seem to be defunct!
 
Someone remind me, what was the name of the guy who had Dragon fist forge ( think I have that right. I think he made katana. Also the other who did rather crude leaf blades ( or maybe it was the same guy).
 
Randall Graham was the guy I was thinking of... At least one of them. Turned out to be a scamster
