Canadian Wolf Cubs knife

So I’ll ask, are the “Wolf Cubs” Canada’s Cub Scouts?
 
Yes they were but I am not up on whether or not they still exist. The knife though seems top be hard to find even in Canada.I just was curious if anyone out there has one.
