Canal street cutlery or queen cutlery

Which one of the companys make the better knife?I want a muskrat to carry for a skinning knife. Which one will hold the edge better?

Depends on which steel you get. I have experienced good things with Queens D2 convexed. I have only held a Canal Street, but it was very nice. If it was my choice, I think I would go for a Canal Street. The fit and finish is very good and I have heard they have good steel as well.
