Their knives appear to be top-notch. I'm a huge fan of "hand-made" and "made in America" (that probably will cause lots of debate, but I've seen too many friends loose their jobs to overseas "efficiencies").

CSC appears to be making knives out of both 420 and D2 steel. I personally would/will not pay their high price for 420. If I'm going to pay that much, it has to have D2.
