I'm thinking about getting a Canal Street Muskrat, the steel in the blade is 14-4CrMO. Is it easy to sharpen, does it hold it's edge? It will be a carry knife an used every day. Never had a Canal Street before, never heard anything bad about them. My carry knife now is a Queen Muskrat, it has d2 steal in it. Just time for a change. Thank You
