canning bacon

I'd cook or par-cook the bacon before canning. I don't think id trust raw bacon canned like that.
 
i don't think you need to cook it at all before hand. i mean 90 minutes in a pressure cooker at 10lbs is almost 250 degrees that will pretty much kill anything and cook the meat

It's pasteurized? Shows how much i know about canning. Guess that makes more sense.
