Cannot change my password

Hi gang, have sent 4 emails. Had one response, nobody seems to be able to assist me. I cannot change my password because you website is not recognizing my "old password" or I am putting it wrong. But I dont have my old password, only the new one. As soon as the site logs me out, I wont be able to get back in.
 
I believe there is a password assist, which you won't see until you are logged out (or access the site with another device). Hope you remember, and can access, the email you provided at registration.

Also, did you try "PASSWORD1"? That's what most of us use - keeps things simple 😉
