cannot figure out how to post in exchange

hi new to the forum, i have a few for sale but i can't seem to locate the start new thread icon in exchange. help! i'm a newbie!

Here are a couple FAQs that answer all your questions. As mentioned, you cant sell without a gold or higher membership. Its really worth it in my opinion.

To do anything in the exchange while concerning to opening a new thread to sell or trade you have to be a paying member.

Not without at least a basic membership and only for trading. No sales.

Any level of membership may post in the wanted to buy section, but again, a member may not sell there without a gold membership or higher.
