Cannot find a Becker Patrol Pack.

Good old ALICE. A few mods and you've got a load bearing monster that will hold up to just about anything. (If it fits you)
 
my wife and i both have med alice packs with frames i like them and cheap too!

Kidding! Honestly the ALICE is an excellent choice or the Kelty MAP 3500.
