Cannot make payment

My membership did not automatically renew and now i cannot make pyament through the website. No matter what i do, it gives me an error specifying "no payment hash found"....

I am unable to sell knifes on the knifemakers area until I renew my membership....how can i do this given the error i am seeing?

Giving them a call would be the best idea. They are very busy and it can take a long time for them to answer emails.
