Cannot Start New Thread in "Feedback - Good, Bad & Ugly" subforum

Title says it all. I have been trying to post a positive review of a dealer that did a great job on a difficult transaction for over a week. I can start threads in other areas, but not that one. I hit the "submit new thread" button, and my browser hangs up on http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/newthread.php?do=postthread&f=699 . It times out trying to move past that screen. It is not a huge deal, but any help you can provide would be appreciated.

If the review is fairly long, just post a title and one line of the text and see if that works. If it does, edit in the rest.
