I am a fan of the canoe pattern and currently carry an offshore produced Buck Canoe. I have been looking at a Case model but can't decide if I want bone or yellow. What I would like to find is one with a sheepsfoot blade instead of the pen blade. Is there any manufacturer that makes one or will it be strictly a custom item?

There was a limited run of US made Buck Canoes with a Wharncliffe secondary blade that were sold by AG Russell in several premium handle materials.

Rough rider makes something similar to that as well if you want to test it out that style of knife before going with the Queen. Though if I recall correctly it doesn't have the 2 spearpoint blades it has the spearpoint and pen blade plus the other blade.
