It has been a while since the last show your Canoe thread.

I'm thinking of picking one up...probably a Case Gunboat Canoe.

Who EDCs a Canoe, a Gunboat Canoe, a Cannittler?

I have a few. A couple Case Canoes, Butterbeans, Boker Canoe in stag. I like the pattern. The one below is my latest. I don't have a gunboat yet. I am keeping my eye on one in bone stag. I usually EDC a Canoe and a saddlehorn.

And this is the Boker, just the cheap Magnum Bonsai, great knife with my usual Case Saddlehorn EDC.

I can't imagine anyone EDCing a canoe. A watercraft of that size is far too large for everyday use. A kayak, sure, but not a canoe.

What makes a gunboat canoe a gunboat? I found a bunch of case gunboat canoes, and they looked to me like what I've called cannitlers. Is it a different name for the same thing?

I EDC a canoe and love the knife. I often want to try a different style slippie and always come back to the canoe.

I usually carry a Queen canoe in the woods:

And just today I got my first canittler (Canal Street):

So far I like the fit and finish on the Queen better- the Canal Street seems more rounded and softer and the backspring-blade fit is better. However the blade came much sharper than the Queen

(shocking I know).
The queen has more robust blades, but I think that I will like the versatility of the canittlers blades more.

Must be rough to have to choose isn't it
