I forgot my password (I'm logged in via the Tapatalk app) and I can't log in on a computer. When I request the link to reset password it says my email is the incorrect address for the profile in question... even though I only have 1 email, and 1 BF account and I get email notifications for the account in my emails... anyone know what to do? I want to upgrade to a paid account but if I can't even log in what's the point?
After I click forgot password, it takes me to the page to enter your email address and fill out the capcha. Then I get an email to reset my password, I then clock the link in the email and it send me here...
Then I click the hyper link in blue ("this form") to start the entire process over again... tried it 5 times.
