Can't delete all PM's stored (97) in my inbox.

I need to delete all the PM's stored in my inbox (97).

I click on the Empty Folder link and the Are you sure you want to delete a pm's ....nothing happens. I can't send or receive

any pm's. Help.

Edit: I had trouble doing this the last time I had to empty my inbox. I can't remember what I did.
I should be able to click twice and erase all PM's but, I have to do something else too but What?...............

When you are in either your Sent folder or Inbox, on the right hand side, check off the PMs that you want to delete. Scroll towards the bottom and you will see a tab that says Selected Messages. Click that, then click Delete and then Proceed. That should take care of it.
