Can't enter Week 48 giveaway

Does anybody here know why the week 48 giveaway isn't open for further replies? (Entries in other words)
I went to enter and it says it's closed to further replies. I figured I'd make a thread about it in case it's a mistake. I'm definitely logged in.
It says you can enter till midnight November 30th.
