Can't find a way to contact Knifemaker Tom Mayo

I have tried in vain to find a way to contact Tom Mayo so I thought I would try here. I was a friend of Glen Hornby and his wife when I lived in Los Angeles and since Glen was Tom's mentor and friend, I wish to talk with him about Glen and his knifemaking with him. I hope this is the right place to post this.
