can't find "update your user group"

I bought a Knife Maker subscription and am trying to upgrade my user group, but can't figure it out. I followed the links but get nothing. Thanks for any help. Walter

Looks as though your membership has to be manually processed. You paid via PayPal correct?

I didn't get a transaction number. I might not have done things right. As usual, I,m a pain in the butt.

Log into Paypal
Find your transaction for the membership
Write that number into your first post on this thread.
Done.

Go to "settings" in the upper right corner of your screen, next to the "logout" button.
On the left you will see a "my account" header.
Under that you will see a "paid subscriptions" tab.
Click on your paid membership and click "save"

Try going to "settings' (top of screen, right next to "my profile"), then select from left of screen, "permission groups" that will give you let you chose to "up date your user group". Now for short version, follow the links that Spark and Blues have provided. See if that helps. Walter
