Can't for the life of me get flipping down

Okay so like the title says, I just can't nail down the flipping technique on my skyline. I know it should fire without wrist action, but no matter how I push/pull/preload the flipper, it goes halfway out and stops. I even disassembled it, polished it, oiled it (just a bit), and it still won't go. I know there was talk of a video explaining the technique, does anyone know where that can be found? Thanks in advance.

if that doesnt work for you...
you can build up pressure against the frame with your index finger then slide it over the flipper. this method works very well with knives like the buck vantage which has a tiny flipper.
