Can't Get Rules or FAQs to Pull Up

Anyone else having this issue? I've tried Chrome and Firefox.
I can get to the FAQ categories, but it's blank screens when I click on anything.
I cannot get the Rules page to pull up at all.

We got a glitch for a while now. It will be fixed, we don't know when.

I shot Spark a PM about it not long ago when a member contacted me about it. He thought it was his account or browser malfunctioning.

Some of the posting rules are not there (deal spotting, for example).

The FAQ are the rules. Exchange rules are part of the FAQ but have a separate URL. Deal-spotting is only listed in the FAQ.

When I click the links on the FAQ page all I get is a blank page. Is there an issue or is it me?

It's an issue...Spark is aware.

The main FAQ page works, the individual links are all broken and return the '500' server error
