I wasn't going to post my the new addition to my Busse family but I just can't help myself. It is a bird's beak havin' Steel Heart in ....A2! I was fortunate to have this one come find me. There is some scuffing to the smooth coating and a few small chips in the spine near the tip and the pommel. This is the first of the straight handles I have ever held. They are sweet! I am only sorry that I had to scan it due to the lack of a camera.

Does it happen to be 5/16 inch too ?

Jerry, if you have anything laying around under a bench, in a corner, on a TABLE....any thing at all, will you send it to me Please?:(
 
Good question Marc. I took out my calipers and here's what I found. At the pommel end it mics out at .290", at the front talon hole it also mics out at .290". At about the midpoint of the blade's spine it mics out at .280". I think 5/16 converted to a decimal is .3125" So I don't think it is 5/16, but it is a little thicker than .250", but the extra .040 and .030 is probably just the thickness of the smooth coating. I don't really know though.
 
Hey Chuck, I didn't even have to look for this one. A while back you were giving me grief about my collecting habits and a top notch fellow noticed I admitted to not having obtained a straight handled model yet, so he was kind enough to offer it too me. I have to say you meet the nicest folks here on the forums. :D

I should feel bad for 1whobuys not getting any INFI, but I just can't...Instead everytime I see him beg for some I get this warm fuzzy feeling all over :D :D I don't know maybe it has something to do with his 70 OTHER FRICKING SLABS OF INFI!! ;)

Does that make me a bad man? :)
