Can't leave feedback as a seller

I started the thread in question and I am unable to leave feedback for the buyer. Please see screenshot

The new forum requires a stronger base for official feedback, having both parties post in a single thread gives a much better way to make sure the deal was official and local to these forums. If folks want to deal in private, they just have to forego the potential for feedback for that transaction.
