Can't leave feedback-solved

Another user (Spy D) and I completed a trade. When we try to leave feedback for the trade, we get the following error:
Please correct the following errors:

• Please choose your feedback.
• Please select trade type.
• Invalid thread specified. You can leave feedback only for the starter of the thread or if you have started the thread.

Obviously, I've entered the relevant information.
