Can't Leave Feedback

I am unable to leave feedback do to the url it seems. I get the "Oops! We ran into some problems." When I try to use the link below.

Because you have to be a gold or higher to sell and WTB can be started by anyone

With all respect, I don't understand that logic - maybe I'm missing something? While WTB can be started by anyone, it can also be said that anyone can buy from an ad placed in the for sale section. Only members with selling privileges can view the WTB ads, just like we're the only ones that can post items for sale.
I've requested in the past that WTB be made eligible for feedback; so I'm very interested in the why

I gathered that a while ago; and gave up on it, lol. I was just hoping - since the subject came up again - to gain a better understanding of your recent explanation. Doesn't really matter, I'm content to accept it at face value...your site, your call.
