Can't leave feedback

Trying to leave feedback on a trade,I have tried to use two or three sell or trade URLs from threads I had out but keep getting "The deal URL is invalid!"
 
Need more information. Did you start the thread or did you get an item?
 
It was the urls from threads I started.
Could be that I left feedback from those threads all ready because I was selling more than one item.
 
Just tried it again using the firelanyard thread I had up and still got The deal URL is invalid!
I know I have left feedback several times on the skull lanyards using that threads URL.
 
You can't leave feedback on the same thread multiple times man. It's to prevent feedback abuse
 
Just tried it again using the URL for the thread that would not work before.It worked fine.I think it was because the URL I copied before was still coming up that funny looking URL with all the numbers and not a bladeforums URL.Must have been something to do with the server change.
All bladeforum pages I am looking at now the address looks like this

Up until a day or two ago all the bladeforum addresses looked something like this
http://www.246398747 not exact but something like that,when I first saw it I figured it had somehting to do with the sever change because my old desktop icon stopped working,had to delete it and make a new one.
 
Its happening again.
tried using two threads that I know I have not left feedback with.
 
I have had it happen too as has Tulku. We were just talking about this a few days ago. I didn't bring it too attention because it's not a biggie for me but since it's happening to others.
 
I am having the same problem.....does anyone know how to solve this?
 
It's easy

Just make sure the deal thread URL begins with (http://www.bladeforums.com/[/url]) and not the new (http://www.219.389.334[/url]) addy

For some reason it wants the old bladeforums addy and not this new IP number carp

Don't ask me how i figured that out, my ninja IT skills are not for sale

May have this figured out.
When the sever change was done I had to bookmark the new address and made a desktop icon.If I used the new icon the BF addresses in the tool bar did not show a BF address but just a line of numbers.I just noticed if I used the link in BFs email notification that the address was a BF address like this

So I deleted the BF bookmark and icon and saved it again from logging onto BF through the reply to thread email link and was able to leave feedback using the BF address in the toolbar.
Hope this makes sense.

that works, or you can just make sure the deal thread begins with (www.bladeforums.com/etc) instead of (www.424.233.677./etc)
