Can't log in

I just got a phone call from utdjim- due to people's emails not reaching him he tried to change the email address he has linked to BF and now he can't log in at all, or even contact a moderator. Can anyone advise me what to do?

He was a few knife deals pending so he's a bit anxious about it.

When he changed his email address the system sent him a confirmation email that he has to respond to. It got caught in an overactive spam filter. Tell him to look in his own spam folder first, and if it's not there it's at his email provider; he'll have to go to their web page to find it.

After a hair pulling session with a tech at the providers after hours crew, the problem is finally solved. Thanks Rob and thanks to the crew here. It's good to be back. At times I think we were better off when we chipped messages in stone.
