Cant login with cell

That sounds like a good question for Boost Mobile Tech Support to me. Some quick suggestions:

Check to make sure your firewall is allowing the site to pass through.
Verify that tou can log into other sites, try paypal, your bank, etc.
Call tech support and see what they have to say about compatibility with vbulletin online forums.

Is it a Droid? If so, what version is it running? Before my phone updated to 2.1 it used 1.6. When going to the main page of a forum it would say I wasn't logged in, but as soon as I hit any page link, I was indeed logged in. If it asks you to long in every time or doesn't keep you logged in, it's likely a cookie issue, and you should be able to find settings to adjust in the phone's options for the browser.

Load the browser, open the menu, select "more", select "settings" then scroll down to the Privacy settings and make sure "Accept cookies" is checked.
