Can't login with old username, tried password reset, still nothing. Can someone help

I had to register with another account to post this, I tried emailing spark but got no answer.
My old username is 357survival and I had not logged in for quite awhile, and when I tried it would not accept my password. I tried to reset my password but never got the email. Can anyone help me?

Did you check your junk mail folder for the email?
You aren't using a Verizon.net email, are you?
Are you using your old email for your new account?
