Can't make my gold membership work

I clicked on Sparks announcement for the membership drive and PP'd a gold membership ($30) and $8 S&H fee (ESEE AH1) but can't change to gold.
Not sure what's up.
I emailed Spark about it but haven't had a response.
Please get back to me.
