Cant Post in for Trades Section Gear section

Why is this, I cant fig out where to click New Post?

I am abasic member w good feedback, do I have to upgrade to post in TRADES AREA?

You're a registered user, basic membership is something like $15 a year. Only paying members can post new threads in the trade section.

^^^^ he is right. You need to upgrade your membership and then switch your user group.
