Strange but I don't think it has anything to do with where you're trying to post as you were able to start this thread. In any case try to post in another section in the exchange and I will move it if need be.
 
I'm not uploading any photos to my ad. They are all hosted already. So my ad is text only as far as the system is concerned.
 
You can try what I suggested above or give this a shot as well. Start with the title and just a few words in the post itself. If that goes through then go back and edit in the rest of your ad.
 
Just tried in the Production Folder (Individual) section and same result. I'll try the partial post with edit now.
 
I was able to start the thread in the appropriate forum with just the title and one sentence in the body. They it allowed me to copy the remaining info into the ad using the edit feature.

Strange, annoying, but effective.
