cant post new thread

More description please?
 
I tried many times, with out luck to post, it seems fixed, but connection kept timing out. Was able to post, but very short list, hence my thread having two posts instead of one
 
It was shortly after the outage on the forum. I could reply to posts and create this thread, but not in exchange. It seems better now so its kinda moot. Sorry if i was a pest
