Can't Post Pics Using Safari

About a week ago I went to post a pic on a thread and the entire input bar was faded. Clicking on it did nothing. I tinkered with it and checked some settings but to no avail.
I've been using a different browser (Brave) to post pics.
This is happening while using IOS/Safari, latest update.
Not sure if there was an overnight update that may have affected it.

Anyone else?

Click the 3 vertical dots on the right hand side and then click the brackets that pop up.
