Can't re-new my membership. . .

Not even sure if this is the right forum for the matter. :confused:

Received a reminding Email a coupla weeks ago that my membership will be expired next month. So, I decided to re-new it thru the link provided by that Email. (Eventhough I have no plan to sell any knives in the near future, but I do love to help supporting the BFC.)

Shortly afterward, I then received a order confirmation Email from 1SKS. My order number is 18769.

To my surprise, opening my inbox this evening, I got another Email from DC Williams (dc@onestopknifeshop.com) saying "We would like to have you as a customer however we do not accept credit cards as a method of payment for foreign orders."

Yes, I'm in Thailand, and CC. is the ONLY way I could pay.
But just re-new my membership, 1SKS don'yt have to SHIP me anything
. . . :confused: . . .

Maybe comeone out there could help.

I'm here in the US, and I'll renew for you with my CC, once I know how to do it so it renews you, instead of me.

I'm just about to leave for work here, but I'll get on top of this once I get home tonight.

I thought overseas credit cards were accepted for memberships. :confused:
 
DC, buddy, take this one to Spark and both of you consider this. You aren't shipping anything. 1SKS and BFC have little to lose on accepting foreign credit cards for premium and gold memberships. If his card bounces, set him back to basic, but take the money!

Santi's card won't bounce! :cool: What a great place this is -- you can't even give money away :)
 
Just an oversight - we normally don't accept non-US cards for orders, memberships are the only exception to that rule.

We'll get on that right away.
