Can't register

Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me how I might get a "knifemaker" account on here. So far my Visa won't go through in the "upgrade your forums experience" section. (even know I used it before and after to make sure my card wasn't the problem). I sent an e-mail to find out what's going on and it was rejected saying this.."Recipient address: info@bladeforums.com
Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address". I'm getting close to giving up. Can anyone direct me on what to do?

I'll move this to Service & Support for you....

The problem is you have a Canadian credit card and the automated system rejects all foreign credit cards. You can get a membership with a foreign credit card but not by using the automated system -- you have to use the old way and it has to be done manually so you don't get the discount -- sorry about that part.
 
Ok..I went to the "old system and paid for a "knifemaker" membership and I'm still showing up as a registered user. Does this take some time to get rolling? I figured it would be instant since everything is online. :cool:
 
It takes time -- somebody at 1sks has to manually change your membership status. They'll probably find time tomorrow.
