Can't unscrew pivot on Shaman

Hey guys, I recently got a new Shaman and was trying to take it apart to put new scales on it. I unscrewed everything except the pivot screw in the clip side. It feels super stuck. Does anyone have any tips on unscrewing the screw or any recommendations on what I could do. Thanks
 
It could be thread locker. If it is, then the right amount of heat applied to the screw should loosen it. If it's red thread locker than you need to generate around 500F degrees, if it's blue, 250F. A lot of people, like myself, use a quality soldering iron.
 
I use a Hot-Air Rework Station to remove screws with thread locker. That way I do not scratch anything. I protect the scales with Kapton tape.
