Canvas Micarta handles?

I was wondering if these handles clean up easy and good? If they get soaked with water/oil/or blood can they be cleaned or do they just dry out with the fluid in it? THANKS

Blood didn't affect mine. Washed right off.

I've gotten all kinds of fluids on mine including blood, cooking oil, etc. and Dawn dish detergent cleaned it right up.
