He said they had the back straps that evening and it was great. I imagine it would be a lot like beef. The rest of the buffalo was donated to the locale villagers.
Very generous!!! I recently had Watusi and am not a fan!!!! I don't mind most wild game but that Watusi had a twang to it.I couldn't hamdle...
