I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for where they get carbide burrs for the Foredom. I was looking at getting a 1/8" x 9/16" Cylinder Square for doing choils after heat treat. Yeah I know I should have done it before heat treat, but customer wants one added. I just figured I could chuck it up in my drill press and add the choil.

Thanks.

Sorry , but what is this ? 1/8" x 9/16" Cylinder Square
You can do small choil with diamond burrs for Dremel

Naqtlek, That is a straight 1/8"wide (3mm) round cylinder burr 9/16" long (14mm), with a flat end.

chaotic - I get them from the jewelers supply. I use Stuller, but they are wholesale only. Rio Grande and others should have it.

This one is 1/4" by 1/2" with a 3/32 shank:

I recently bought a 10 piece set from banggood for 17$ shipped.
Is this set any good compared to a proper company? Probably not. Does it eat through steel easily with my el-cheapo dremel tool? Yes.

I mostly use them to make a recess on the backside of my guards, so far I'm still using the first one and it still cuts like brand new.
