looking through my Schrades today i ran across a carbon 158 with highly polished blade that i purchased new a few years ago and failed to use! i decided to give it some character and used it to slice up Pig, veggies and fruit for dinner and it now has some character.... nice darkening of the blade. Maybe i will get to free some guts with it this season and really put it to use.
